Heather Torres’ fondest memories of growing up in Miami, Florida include weekly neighborhood family gatherings with freshly made food, where you could barely fit at the dining room table because there were simply too many dishes. So, it was natural for Heather to gravitate towards the hospitality field, where she felt most at home. Her first job was as a hostess in a local neighborhood restaurant, and she remained in the industry, working at some of Miami’s local hot spots for many years.
In 2010, while working for Seasons52, she discovered a passion for wine. In January of 2013, Heather left Miami to pursue a career as a Restaurant Manager in Sacramento, California. Then, in early 2015, she joined Honig as Assistant Tasting Room Manager. Heather recently moved into sales for Honig, responsible for the South East Region. When not working, Heather loves to spend her time cooking and baking. She resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband Jordan and her two American Bulldogs named Bella and Boe.
