Honig Rocks!

I love Honig and I love your post cards!

I bought my first bottle as big deal present for my excavation director, an Israeli archaeologist who enjoys a good wine, when he came to visit the states.

He loved it so much he offered to pay if I brought two more bottles with me that summer to Israel, so I packed my suitcase to defend the bottles and prayed for merciful baggage handlers.

Only then did I decide to splurge and buy myself a bottle and it was amazing. So I went to your website, got on the mailing list and started getting postcards.

This began my plans for a Honig pilgrimage, to the source of the wine and the people behind the post cards. I still owe Dave about a dozen pictures of the tour he gave me.

I couldn't afford the dinner you did here in Boston, but I considered just showing up to pay my respects as a groupie.

Rock on Honig!!

Wine country visit

Thanks for spending your afternoon with us last week. It was a pleasure to meet you and hear all about the Honig winery. That afternoon was the highlight of our trip to wine country. It was very relaxing to sit under the trees and enjoy the wine and great weather. You really made us feel like old friends.

We'll see you again the next time we visit Napa. Thanks again!
