This juicy, refreshing, medium bodied wine abounds with aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit, and lemongrass mingled with mango, kiwi, peach, and grapefruit rind. The finish is long, crisp and minerally.
All of the juice is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks using a variety of yeast strains selected to bring out the aroma and flavor profiles of Sauvignon Blanc.
